For an introduction I'm Elizabeth and I'll be the one managing this blog. I'm married to my husband Daniel and we have a wonderful son Nathan who was born on July 16, 2010. But to start you should know how Daniel and I met, and our story up until we got married.
We met at church first, we are both members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (lds.org) We were in young womens and young mens together. We didn't really know each other at that time because we are 5 years apart in age so we had better things to do than talk to each other lol.
Daniel went on a misson for our church to the Fiji islands for 2 years, while I continued to go to school. My family also moved to Richmond, VA before Daniel left for his misson.
We lost touch for 5 years and reconnected on facebook though mutual friends. There we kept emailing back and forth starting to really get to know each other for the first time. After about a month of emails and phone calls Daniel decided he wanted to come up to Nebraska to see me in person (he lived in Kansas at the time). So a week before I started my senior year of high school we met up and fell inlove pretty much at first sight. (pretty cheesy I know!)
We started dating and after a month of dating he proposed (fast I know) but I said yes. We knew we wouldn't be able to get married until I graduated high school so we would have to wait 9 months. In that time I worked hard to graduated and Daniel worked hard to earn money for our wedding (that all got blown when his car died on his way to see me in NE)
June finally came and I walked across the stage and got my high school diploma. Two weeks after that we were married. Four months after we said "I do" we found out we were going to have our first baby.

Nathan Estes was born on July 16, 2010 at a whopping 8 pounds and 9 ounces (BIG baby I know!) He is the best baby ever! He only cries when he needs something or is dirty. I couldn't have asked for a better baby!
